Information to Prepare for Your Consultation

The initial visit will allow you to meet Dr. Boyd to discuss your current situation and your future goals. Dr. Boyd will work with you to establish the look you are hoping to achieve. He will then outline possible surgery options along with the pros and cons of each to help you decide on a plan that is right for you. You will also have the opportunity to meet with our office staff to find a surgery date and financing options that fit your needs.

Be sure to bring a complete list of your current medications and allergies. Bring a drivers license or other form of government I.D. You are also welcome to bring any photos you would like to review with Dr. Boyd along with a list of any questions so we ensure all your concerns are addressed.

Information to Prepare for Your Surgery

In general you should NOT eat or drink anything, (not even coffee) after midnight before a surgical procedure. You are encouraged to shower and brush your teeth the morning of surgery. You may rinse your mouth out after brushing but do not swallow the water. If you have been instructed to take some of your regular medications or an antibiotic on the morning of surgery it is okay to have a sip of water if needed to swallow the medicine.

Please remember to bring your insurance cards on the day of your surgery if applicable. Wear comfortable clothing with slip on shoes, soft pants or pajamas that are easy to put on and a loose shirt that buttons in the front.

Gift Certificates

Cosmetic gift certificates are available in any amount and may be used for botox, dermal fillers, wrinkle treatment, lip enhancement, or any of our cosmetic surgery procedures. We even offer a lay-a-way type program to help you save toward your goals. If you purchase a gift certificate or put money in layaway towards a procedure and you or the gift recipient changes their mind, all money is fully refundable.

You can often be approved online in minutes and your information will be forwarded to our office so that we may help you complete the financing process at the time of your consultation. Financing Information

We are pleased to offer special financing options to our patients through our partnerships with Care Credit and Cherry. You can often be approved online in minutes and your information will be forwarded to our office so that we may help you complete the financing process at the time of your consultation. We also offer special discounts for injectables through our Allé Loyalty Rewards program powered by Cherry Financing. Payment and Refund Policy

Other direct payment options include cash, cashier’s check, bank certified check, money order, ACH Transfer from your checking or savings account, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A 3% credit/debit card fee may be added to the quoted price when applicable. Payments for cosmetic surgical procedures are due 2 weeks prior to the date of your procedure. If your procedure date is less than 2 weeks away from the date of your quote, special arrangements will be made. Personal checks are due 3 weeks or more prior to your procedure. Payment for same day injectables such as Botox or dermal fillers are due at the time of service. Payments are fully refundable until 72 hours prior to your procedure time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of your procedure time will incur a $500 cancellation fee. If you plan to use a financing company to assist with payment for your procedure, please make sure our office is aware of your plans so that we may properly process your payment.

Directions To Our Office

We are located at 235 Tyson Avenue, Paris, Tennessee 38242 just steps away from the Emergency Room Entrance to West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital. When entering our address in a GPS navigator be sure and select 235 Tyson Avenue. If you select Tyson Road or Tyson Street you will be guided to the wrong location. If you are in doubt, navigate to West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital and you will see our large sign and building as you enter the Emergency Room entrance to the hospital.
